Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026. How Edgeinsight handles refunds for educational program fees arranged after contact.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to program fees you paid directly to Edgeinsight for Ledger Trace, Field Verify, Controllers Circle, or custom workshops confirmed in writing. Informational pricing on this website is not a charge.
Timeframe
Full refund requests must reach us within 7 calendar days of payment and before you access more than two course modules or attend a live session. Requests after that window are evaluated for partial refunds as described below.
Full or partial refunds
If you cancel within the 7-day window and have not substantially accessed materials, we refund 100% of the program fee. After substantial access or after the first live session, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50% for unused live seats, at our discretion and documented in writing.
Non-refundable items
Third-party exam fees (if any), completed private coaching hours, customized dataset preparation already delivered, and downloadable template packs marked as final delivery are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email info@edgeinsight.digital with subject “Refund request,” your full name, program name, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for payment proof.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. Banking networks may add additional time before funds appear.
Refund method
Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. If that method is unavailable, we will agree an alternative bank transfer in writing.
Cancellation by Edgeinsight
If we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a reasonable alternative date, you receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seats.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law prevail where they grant stronger rights than this policy. Documented medical or family emergencies may be considered for goodwill adjustments outside the standard windows.
